A key principle of Crowy is our commitment to protecting your privacy. We do not collect any facial information from users, nor do we store, process, or analyze any biometric data related to your face. When you upload a portrait photo to the App, it is only used to generate the crown effect you request, and no facial details—such as facial features, facial structure, or unique facial characteristics—are extracted or stored. We do not use facial recognition technology, and your photos are handled with the utmost care to ensure your privacy is respected at all times.
Crowy is available for use by all individuals who download and install the App, without any restrictions related to account creation or login. You do not need to provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App, and we do not require you to register an account. By using Crowy, you confirm that you are of an appropriate age to use the App (in line with general usage standards for photo enhancement apps) and that you will use the App in a legal and ethical manner, without violating the rights of others.

Crowy is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to generate custom crown effects for your own photos, share the edited photos on social media or with friends, and use them for personal creative purposes. You may not use the App for commercial purposes (e.g., generating crown effects for paid photography services, advertising, or other commercial activities) without prior permission from the Crowy team.
The crown effects generated by Crowy are for personal use only. You may not claim ownership of the crown designs themselves (as they are created by the App’s algorithms) but you do own the edited photos that include the crown effect, provided you have the right to use the original portrait photo.
We may occasionally update Crowy to improve its functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance the user experience. These updates may be automatic or may require you to download and install them manually. By continuing to use Crowy after an update, you agree to the updated version of the App and any changes to this User Agreement that may accompany the update. Crowy is provided "as is" to enhance your portrait photos with custom crown effects. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from using the App, including but not limited to: device malfunctions, loss of photos (though we do not store your photos, so loss would be due to device issues), or dissatisfaction with the crown effects generated.
We are not responsible for any third-party actions related to your use of Crowy, such as how you share your edited photos on social media or other platforms. You are solely responsible for any consequences that result from sharing content generated with Crowy.
As stated throughout this agreement, Crowy does not collect any facial information or biometric data related to your face. We do not extract, store, or process any facial details from the photos you upload. When you upload a portrait photo, the App only processes the image to generate the custom crown effect you request, and this processing is done locally on your device whenever possible. Your original photo and the edited photo are stored only on your device, not on our servers. We do not collect any personal information, and since there is no account requirement, we have no way to link your usage to your identity.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled safely. We do not share any of your information (including photos or usage data) with third parties, and we take all reasonable measures to ensure that any data processed by the App is protected.
